About
The biggest lab in the world is the one no one can see.
Every university holds millions of dollars of instruments, hard-won methods, and deep expertise. Most of it lives inside one lab, invisible to the lab next door, and to the one across the country that needs it today.
LabGiant exists to make that capacity visible and usable. It is the CRM built for scientific platforms: the system facilities run on to see every instrument-hour they have, share their protocols and services, and turn idle capacity into infrastructure researchers can actually find.
What we believe
Research should compound.
A method that worked should not be re-derived in the lab next door. An instrument left idle is a discovery someone else could have made. Science moves faster when its capacity is shared.
The tools should disappear.
No one chose science to manage spreadsheets, chase approvals, and re-enter the same data five times. Good software gives that time back, then gets out of the way.
Built for how science actually works.
A core facility is not a sales team, and a lab is not a storefront. The system that runs them has to be built for the way research is actually done, by people who respect the craft.
In practice
At the Goodman Cancer Institute, which runs on the full LabGiant platform, booked instrument-hours rose 5x in its first year. That is not a software metric. It is experiments that happened, on equipment that would otherwise have sat dark.
Built by people who have run the experiment.
LabGiant comes from researchers who lived this problem in their own labs. We are building the infrastructure science never had, so the next discovery is not waiting on a spreadsheet.
