ALLS is operated by the Énergie Matériaux Télécommunications research centre of INRS in Varennes, Québec. François Légaré is CEO, Heide Ibrahim is Director of ALLS, Fabio Boschini heads user coordination and quantum research, Tsuneyuki Ozaki heads industrial and governmental partnerships, and Patrizio Antici heads multidisciplinary research. Proposals are evaluated by the Beamtime Allocation Committee.
