Mesure de la perméabilité intestinale chez la souris vivante.
Évalue le transport et la perméabilité intestinaux chez la souris vivante.

MMPC Live at UC Davis runs metabolic, physiological and behavioral tests on living mouse models of diabetes, obesity and related metabolic diseases, for academic and commercial researchers, on a fee-for-service basis.
Metabolic disease research often depends on carefully controlled in vivo studies that connect molecular findings with whole-animal physiology, and on specialized tests a single lab rarely has. Our scientists consult with you on experimental design, test selection, outcome measures and data interpretation, and our staff run the studies in our vivarium.
We are a center of the MMPC Live national consortium, funded by the NIH's National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), where the protocols behind our tests are published. At UC Davis we work alongside the Mouse Biology Program and the Mutant Mouse Resource and Research Center.
