EpigenCentral is a free, web-based resource developed collaboratively by The Centre for Computational Medicine and the Weksberg Lab at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. It is designed to assist the biomedical community and clinical practitioners in analyzing DNA methylation data to detect epigenetic patterns associated with various diseases, particularly neurodevelopmental disorders.
