Specimen Requirements:

Dipstick Testing:

• Sample Type: Freshly collected urine (several mL) in a leak-proof container
• Handling:
• Submit as soon as possible on the day of collection
• If immediate submission is not possible, refrigerate the sample
• Do not submit specimens more than 24 hours after collection

Urine Biochemistry:

• Sample Type: Freshly collected urine in a leak-proof container
• Volume Requirements: 50 µL minimum per analyte
• Handling:
• Refrigerate immediately after collection
• Submit as soon as possible

To optimize processing, please prioritize the requested tests when submitting samples in case of limited sample volume.
