    • Multi-channel epifluorescence, phase contrast, DIC, and bright field imaging.
    • Z-stack or timelapse. Image de-convolution module.
    • Motorized stage – timelapse with multi-well plates.
    • Live cell imaging

    • Zeiss 506 monochrome CCD camera, 2752 x 2208 pixels, 4.54 um pixels
    • Infinity color camera.
    • Multi-colour, timelapse and z-stacks.
    • Multi-position and tiling.
    • DIC, Polarized light, and Phase contrast.

    Light Sources:

    • X-Cite 120 LED

    Objectives:

    • 10X PLAN NEOFLUAR, NA= 0.30, Ph 1
    • 20X PLAN APOCHROMAT, NA=0.80
    • 40X LD ACHROPLAN, NA=0.60, Ph2, Korr
    • 63X PLAN APOCHROMAT, NA=1.40, OIL, DIC
    • 100X PLAN NEOFLUAR, NA=1.30, OIL, Ph 3

    Fluorescence Cubes:

    Initial training sessions usually last about 3 hours and include the hourly microscope fee plus the technical support fee.

    IMPORTANT: ALL training and technical support is by appointment ONLY and will depend on the availability of the ABIF staff.
