This system combines a Bruker JPK NanoWizard V BioScience atomic force microscope with a second Zeiss LSM 900 confocal microscope fitted with an Airyscan 2 detector. You can pair super-resolution and high-speed fluorescence imaging with nanomechanical characterization of single molecules, cells and tissues, co-localized on the same sample.
A CO2 gas perfusion system and a heated stage keep live cells in controlled conditions while you measure. The system was funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation.
Our fee table lists this system at $0.00 per hour for Boise State and non-profit users, and $100 per hour for commercial users.
