    What researchers can do

    Inverted spinning disk confocal on a Nikon Ti stand with Perfect Focus System, motorized stage, and incubation. Four excitation lines from 405 to 635 nm. Discounted overnight and weekend rate.

    A Nikon Ti with Perfect Focus System and spinning disk confocal, plus incubation and a motorized stage.

    Configuration. Inverted stand with spinning disk excitation at 405, 488, 561 and 635 nm, and brightfield available. Z-stacks, time lapse and live imaging are all supported. The Perfect Focus System and motorized stage together make multi-position time-lapse runs practical without drift.

    Objectives. 20x air, 60x oil, and 100x oil.

    Software. Nikon Elements, with the Nikon Elements Viewer available free. Laser use authorization 4155.
