Tests Available:

• Complete Blood Count (CBC) – Quantifies blood cell components, including red and white blood cells, hemoglobin, and platelets.
• CBC with White Blood Cell Differential – Provides a detailed breakdown of white blood cell types to assess immune response and potential hematologic conditions.
• Reticulocyte Count – Evaluates bone marrow function by measuring young red blood cells in circulation.

Specimen Requirements:

• Sample Type: EDTA whole blood
• Minimum Volume: 100 µL
• Handling & Storage:
• Submit at room temperature on the day of collection whenever possible.
• If immediate submission is not feasible, refrigerate overnight and transport with ice packs the next day. Ensure specimens are not in direct contact with ice/ice packs.
