    Inverted widefield epifluorescence scope with DIC optics and a live-cell chamber providing CO2, humidity, and temperature control. Previously known as the Live Cell Scope. Discounted overnight and weekend rate.

    The Herzmark, previously known as the Live Cell Scope, is a widefield epifluorescence scope with DIC optics and a live-cell chamber.

    Configuration. Inverted stand with brightfield and DIC, plus 405 nm excitation. Time lapse is supported. Live imaging runs through a live-cell chamber with CO2, humidity and temperature control.

    Objectives. 10x air, 20x air, 60x water, and 60x oil.

    Software. Nikon Elements, with the Nikon Elements Viewer available free.
