    BD LSR Fortessa (2X)

Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences
    Core Facility
    McGill University

The BD LSR Fortessa is a high-performance multiparametric flow cytometer, available in two configurations:

    1️⃣ 5-laser system (355/405/488/561/640 nm) – 20 parameters

    2️⃣ 4-laser system (405/488/561/633 nm) – 18 parameters

    🔹 Key Features:

✅ Supports up to 20 parameters for complex multipanel assays

✅ Enhanced signal detection with BD’s proprietary optics and digital electronics

✅ High-speed acquisition for rare event detection

✅ Compatible with spectral unmixing algorithms

The BD LSR Fortessa is ideal for high-dimensional immunophenotyping, cytokine profiling, and intracellular staining assays.
