    Long-Term Volumetric Imaging of Living Cells.

    Features:

    • Environment control including temperature, CO2 and humidity.
    • Multi-dimensional imaging (time, position, tiles): combination of multidimensions possible.
    • Multi-color images.

    Light Sources:

    • LED (white & red) for transmitted light
    • Laser (488nm, 561nm, 640nm) for reflected light and epi-fluorescence

    Detectors:

    • 2 cameras: Hamamatsu ORCA-Fusion sCMOS

    Objectives:

    • Illumination: 13.3 x NA 0.44
    • Detection: 44.83 x NA 1.0

    Light Sheets available (length x thickness): Beam shaping by cylinder lens and spatial light modulator

    • 15µm x 550nm (with side lobes)
    • 15µm x 650nm
    • 30µm x 700nm (with side lobes)
    • 30µm x 1000nm
    • 100µm x 1400nm (with side lobes)
    • 100µm x 1800nm

    Location:

    • Located in Bellini Building, room 162

    Initial training sessions usually last about 3 hours and include the hourly microscope fee plus the technical support fee.

    IMPORTANT: ALL training and technical support is by appointment ONLY and will depend on the availability of the ABIF staff.
