


Our targeted small molecule services are delivered using our Thermo Quantiva Triple Quadrupole LC-MS and/or our SCIEX 5600TripleTOF LC-MS systems.
For the Thermo data, we use the Xcalibur® QuantBrowser to mine SRM (selected reaction monitoring) data and produce standard curves. These data are then exported to Excel for you to access in a simple table of molecule-amount(s), along with all the backup SRM plots, standard curves and linear regressions. This report is a suitable supplement for your publications.
For the Sciex data, we use MultiQuant™ software to mine the MRM-HR (multiple reaction monitoring high-resolution) data and export the same sort of molecule-amount tables, MRM traces and standard curves into Excel for easy access. This report is also a suitable supplement for your publications.
