Primary Function: A high-capacity bioprocessing centrifuge designed for efficient harvesting, separation, and purification tasks in various bioprocessing applications, from R&D to large-scale production. It supports gentle separations with lower RCF requirements and is engineered for reliable, high-throughput workflows.

    Key Features:

    1. Automatic rotor detection (Auto-ID) for immediate programming and enhanced safety.
    2. Intuitive Centri-Touch interface with a bright, glove-friendly display, user login, and password protection.
    3. Enhanced ergonomics with push-button convenience, including Auto-Door for automatic opening/closing and Auto-Lid for instant rotor lid opening and storage.
    4. Accumulated Centrifugal Effect (ACE) integrator ensures run-to-run reproducibility by automatically adjusting run time for variations in acceleration.
    5. DuraFlex high-torque brushless drive technology for smooth operation and automatic neutralization of up to 125g loading imbalance.
    6. Pre-cooling function and precise temperature control from -20°C to +40°C.
    7. Multiple acceleration (11) and deceleration (12) profiles, with existing protocol emulation and up to 30 step-runs.
    8. Energy savings with Eco-Spin windshielded rotors and refrigeration off when the door opens.
    9. Compact footprint and optimal working height of 930 mm for effortless loading and unloading.
    10. Built-in safety features including advanced imbalance detection and secure lid locking.
    11. Designed to assist with GMP/GLP compliance, offering data logging and compatibility with Centri-Log Plus data collection software.
    12. Real-time run monitoring and control available via the Centri-Vue application.
    13. Multilingual selection and on-board training videos for user convenience.

    Applications:

    1. Harvesting cells and clarifying lysates.
    2. Separating biological components and purification processes in bioprocessing.
    3. Vaccine and biologics processing.
    4. Large-scale media separation and bioreactor harvest steps.
    5. Production of biofuels, cell therapies, veterinary medicines, recombinant proteins, and raw materials.
