HES3 INS-GFP is a genetically modified human embryonic stem cell line expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP) under the control of the insulin promoter. These cells are used to study pancreatic differentiation and insulin production in vitro. The GFP tag allows for easy visualization and quantification of insulin-expressing cells during differentiation., This batch of HES3 INS-GFP cells is provided as one confluent 6-well per vial. The cells were prepared on 45200 and are stored in multiple boxes (31-42). P#: 8+19+3.
