Our Rigaku Miniflex 600 is a benchtop X-ray diffractometer with a 600 W generator. Use the D/teX Ultra one-dimensional high-speed detector for very quick scans, or the scintillating point detector with graphite monochromator when resolution matters most. It loads multiple samples, and we have zero-loss and air-sensitive sample holders.
Priced per pattern: $40 for Boise State users (A), $57 for external academic and non-profit users (B) and $100 for commercial users (C).
