HES3 NKX6.1-GFP is a genetically modified human embryonic stem cell line expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP) under the control of the NKX6.1 promoter. These cells are used to study pancreatic progenitor cell development. The GFP tag allows for easy visualization and quantification of NKX6.1-expressing cells during differentiation., This batch of HES3 NKX6.1-GFP cells is provided as one confluent 6-well per vial. The cells were prepared on 45200 and are stored in multiple boxes (51-60). P#: 8+18+3.
