GeneSet Translator is a Streamlit application that queries the NCATS Biomedical Data Translator with your genes and lets you explore the resulting biomedical knowledge subgraph in real time, pulling together multiple TRAPI-compliant knowledge sources, network clustering, and tissue expression.

What it does

• Interactive network visualization with Cytoscape.js
• Human Protein Atlas integration, so you can filter on cell-type and tissue expression
• Optional LLM-assisted summaries with citations, for hypothesis generation
• Custom gene list upload or built-in examples, with Docker support for one-command deployment
