Accutorr V Blood Pressure Unit 2

    Concordia University

The Mindray Accutorr V (formerly Datascope Accutorr V) is a versatile and easy-to-use vital signs monitor designed for comprehensive patient monitoring across various clinical settings. Its primary function is to accurately measure and display essential physiological parameters, making it ideal for routine blood pressure measurement and continuous patient observation.

    Key Capabilities and Features:

    1. Monitors non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP), pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2), pulse rate (PR), and optionally temperature (Temp).
    2. Suitable for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
    3. Equipped with a high-resolution color LCD display and large, bright LEDs for clear visibility from any vantage point.
    4. Features a built-in recorder for documenting vital signs and an internal power supply with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, offering up to 9 hours of continuous operation.
    5. Stores up to 1200 groups of measurement data internally, accessible by patient ID, and can connect to a facility's EMR system via Accutorr CS Charting Solution software for automated data management.
    6. Includes an alarm system with visible and audible settings for changes in patient condition and an Interval Mode for automatic NIBP measurements at timed intervals.
    7. Designed for portability and ease of use with dedicated buttons for primary functions and quick-connect, single-hose fittings.

    Applications:

    1. Routine blood pressure measurement and general patient monitoring.
    2. Ideal for short-term, low acuity patients.
    3. Commonly used in outpatient surgery, accident and emergency, labor and delivery, GI/endoscopy, and medical/surgical units.
