The Falcon Concentrator Super Bowl 4 is a centrifugal gravity separator that excels in separating minerals based on differences in specific gravity, particularly effective for fine gold recovery and other heavy minerals. It operates by magnifying the specific gravity differences through high centrifugal force, and its unique rotor geometry facilitates the retention of higher specific gravity particles (concentrate) while rejecting lower specific gravity particles (gangue). This enhanced gravitational field allows for efficient separation of very fine particles that are difficult to recover with conventional gravity methods.
