AF 568 Lipopolysaccharides are fluorescently labeled lipopolysaccharides (LPS) used for studying bacterial interactions with cells and immune responses. The AF 568 fluorophore allows for easy detection and tracking of LPS in various biological systems., These labeled LPS molecules are commonly used in flow cytometry, microscopy, and cell-based assays to investigate the binding and internalization of LPS by immune cells, as well as the activation of downstream signaling pathways. The AF 568 label has an excitation/emission spectra appropriate for common fluorescence microscopy setups. The LPS is derived from bacterial sources and purified to high levels of homogeneity.
