Our CAMECA SXFive measures chemical composition by quantitative and qualitative point and area analyses, line profiles, and stage and beam mapping. Five vertical WDS spectrometers with large-area, high-sensitivity crystals and an energy dispersive spectrometer cover elements from B to U, with trace element detection limits below 0.01 wt%.
The instrument also has an integrated zoom optical microscope with reflected, transmitted and polarized light, plus backscatter and secondary electron detectors.
