    This service offers in situ hybridization (ISH) for the detection and localization of specific nucleic acid sequences (DNA or RNA) within cells and tissues. ISH is a fundamental technique for studying gene expression patterns, identifying pathogens, and detecting genetic abnormalities in their native cellular context., The service covers probe hybridization, washing, signal detection, and counterstaining. We employ optimized protocols and utilize advanced equipment, such as the Ventana DISCOVERY ULTRA system, to deliver sensitive and specific detection of target sequences.
