H2DCFDA (2',7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate) is a cell-permeant fluorescent probe used for detecting intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS). It has an Ex/Em of 494/522 nm and is prepared as a 7.5 mg/mL stock solution in DMSO, validated for 30-60 min staining at 1:1500 dilution in PBS on B16F10 and 4T1 cells for flow cytometry.
