Specimen Requirements:

• Serum Samples:
• Minimum 40 µL
• Centrifuge at 3600 rpm for 8 minutes
• Separate serum, transfer to a leak-proof container (e.g., Eppendorf tube)
• Refrigerate or freeze until submission
• Whole Blood Samples:
• Minimum 25 µL collected in EDTA
