    Beyond their core genomics and transcriptomics offerings, C3G provides a wide range of specialized bioinformatics services tailored to diverse research needs. These services include advanced single-cell, epigenomic, proteomic, and integrative analyses, as well as computational tools for network visualization, secure computing, and image analysis.

    Single-Cell & Epigenomic Assays

    • Other Single-Cell Assays, including snATAC-seq (single-nucleus chromatin accessibility), snDNA-seq (single-nucleus DNA sequencing) for in-depth epigenetic and genetic profiling.
    • Expression & Methylation Microarrays, enabling high-throughput transcriptomic and epigenomic screening.
    • Miscellaneous Sequencing Assays, such as DRIPc-seq (mapping RNA-DNA hybrids), RIP-seq (RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing) for studying RNA-protein interactions.
    • miRNA and Small RNA-Seq, facilitating the study of non-coding RNAs and their regulatory roles.
