A variant of the regular Masson's Trichrome, this stain differentiates collagen and smooth muscle, staining collagen fibers green instead of blue.
Results: Muscle fibers, cytoplasm, and keratin stain red; nuclei stain blue-black; collagen and mucin stain green.
