The INHECO ODTC 384 is an advanced on-deck thermal cycler engineered for rapid and uniform thermal cycling of 384-well PCR plates, seamlessly integrating into automated liquid handling platforms. It is designed for high-throughput experimentation, making it ideal for demanding genomic and molecular biology workflows. The unit features patented Vapor Chamber Mount (VCM) technology, a 3D heat pipe for superconductive thermal cycling, ensuring rapid, precise heating/cooling and superior well-to-well temperature uniformity across the entire plate, even with unequally filled wells. Its horizontal-opening heated lid allows for automated operation and pipetting during cycling with negligible impact on temperature. The ODTC 384 is compatible with standard PCR plates and is controlled by INHECO ODTC Manager software, as well as higher-level automation platforms like Momentum software. It is often integrated into comprehensive workstations such as the inSPIRE workstation, alongside instruments like the Echo 550, Mantis, ViiA 7 RT-PCR, ODTC96, Fragment Analyzer Infinity, ALPS 3000, HiG 3, and XPeel for complete high-throughput solutions.
