A compact benchtop cell analyzer delivering optimal sensitivity and resolution for multicolor applications. It can detect up to 18 colors simultaneously and supports up to 4 lasers, with upgradeability to 7 lasers. The instrument features design innovations for accessible filters and detectors, simplifying experiment setup. It utilizes a quartz cuvette flow cell gel-coupled to the objective lens for efficient light collection and employs patented octagon- and trigon-shaped optical pathways for maximized signal detection. The HTS (High Throughput Sampler) option allows rapid, automated sample acquisition from 96- and 384-well microtiter plates, processing a 96-well plate in under 15 minutes with low carryover.
