    The KJ‑A1200‑125LZ is a robust box‑type atmosphere furnace from Zhengzhou Kejia Furnace Co., Ltd., rated to 1200 °C and designed for high‑temperature sintering, metal annealing, material development, organic ashing and quality inspection. Its double‑layer, air‑cooled shell encloses a 125 L chamber lined with vacuum‑formed alumina refractory fiber for excellent insulation. A high‑resistance alloy heating element and PID‑based 30‑segment programmable controller deliver fast, uniform heating (up to 15 °C/min), while the integrated cooling fan keeps exterior surfaces safe. Configurable for inert‑gas or slight‑positive‑pressure atmosphere—and even vacuum down to –0.1 MPa—this furnace combines precision, safety and ease of operation for research and industrial labs.
