    Technical Specifications:

    1. Includes Spinnaker mover arm and Momentum scheduling software.
    2. Supports up to 1,536 DNA assembly reactions or PCRs in parallel.
    3. Supports up to 384 RT-PCRs in parallel.
    4. Supports up to 96 nucleic acid sample electrophoresis analyses in parallel.
    5. Modular automation system with device driver compatibility with most automation-friendly equipment (e.g., Synergy H1 plate reader which can be integrated on request).
    6. Integrated components (reserve separately): Echo 550, Mantis, ViiA 7 RT-PCR, On Deck Thermal Cyclers (ODTC384-1, ODTC384-3, ODTC384-4, ODTC384-5, ODTC96-2), Fragment Analyzer Infinity, ALPS 3000, HiG 3, XPeel.

    Applications: DNA assembly, PCR, RT-PCR, in vitro transcription, nucleic acid analysis, coordinated high-throughput experimentation, high-throughput compound library screening.
