    Primary Function: Integrated workstation for seamless automated high-throughput phenotyping of microbial cultures.

    Technical Specifications:

    1. Includes Spinnaker mover arm and Momentum scheduling software for process automation.
    2. Modular automation system with device driver compatibility with most automation-friendly equipment.
    3. Integrated components: Growth Profiler, EnSight multimode plate reader, Lynx 900 liquid handler, 405TS Plate Washer, and Automated Roll Heat Sealer.

    Applications: High-throughput normalization, inoculation, induction, feeding, passaging, culture density monitoring, fluorescence and luminescence measurement, and sampling of up to 960 sample wells containing liquid microbial cultures in plate format. Suitable for library screens in liquid culture, high-throughput enzymatic assays, and adaptive lab evolution campaigns.
