Our Leica widefield images thin slide-mounted samples in bright-field, DIC (on the 63x) and polarized light, and in fluorescence with DAPI, GFP, Texas Red and Cy5 filter cubes. A Cy3 cube is not normally on the scope but can be swapped in on request. Its motorized stage handles 3D stacks, tiling and multipoint acquisition.
