    DAF-FM (4,5-diaminofluorescein FM diacetate) is a cell-permeant fluorescent indicator for detecting intracellular nitric oxide (NO). It has an Ex/Em of 495/515 nm and is prepared as a 2.5 mg/mL stock solution in DMSO, validated for 30-60 min staining at 1:1000 dilution in PBS on B16F10 and 4T1 cells for flow cytometry.
