    A T-75 flask is a standard cell culture vessel used for growing and expanding cell lines in a laboratory setting. The 'T' designation refers to the flask's surface area, with a T-75 flask having a growth area of 75 cm². These flasks are commonly used for adherent cell cultures, allowing cells to attach and proliferate on the treated surface., T-75 flasks are made of sterile, non-pyrogenic polystyrene and are designed with a canted neck to provide easy access and prevent contamination. They are available with vented caps to allow for gas exchange while maintaining sterility. Typical working volume is between 15-25 mL.
