• Metabolic & Organ Function Markers: Albumin, Alkaline Phosphatase, Alanine Transaminase (ALT), Amylase, Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST), Bilirubin (Total, Direct, and Indirect), Calcium, Chloride (Cl⁻), Cholesterol, Creatine Kinase (CK), Creatinine, Glucose, Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT), High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL) Cholesterol, Lipase, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium (K⁺), Protein (Total), Sodium (Na⁺), Triglycerides, Urea Nitrogen (BUN).

Specimen Requirements:

• Sample Type: Serum or lithium heparin plasma
• Processing:
• Centrifuge collection tube at 3600 rpm for 8 minutes.
• Separate serum/plasma, transfer to a leak-proof container (e.g., Eppendorf tube), and freeze.
• Volume Requirements:
• 50 µL minimum for a single analyte
• +10 µL per additional analyte
• 250 µL minimum for a full panel
