Our ambient Dimension Icon/FastScan Bio takes samples up to 8-inch wafers. Interchangeable Icon and FastScan Bio closed-loop scanners, a programmable motorized stage, and wafer, multisample, bio and EC-AFM chucks cover most sample formats, and the Dimension Heater/Cooler accessory controls sample temperature.
Modes include PeakForce Tapping and PeakForce QNM, Kelvin probe force microscopy, conductive and tunneling AFM, scanning capacitance, piezoresponse and magnetic force microscopy, and imaging in fluid.
