Waters Acquity UPLC with PDA Detector
    EquipmentAvailable

Waters Acquity UPLC with PDA Detector

    Concordia University

Primary Function: An Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) system equipped with a PhotoDiode Array (PDA) detector for sensitive detection and quantification of sample analytes, especially for identifying components difficult to resolve by conventional HPLC.

    Technical Specifications:

    1. Model: Acquity UPLC with PDA detector
    2. Manufacturer: Waters
    3. Detection Capabilities: Detection and quantification of very low concentrations of sample analytes, comparison of spectra across wavelengths and broad concentration ranges.
    4. Trace Impurity Quantification: Quantitates trace impurities at levels to 0.004 with low signal-to-noise ratios, high optical and digital resolution.
    5. Separation: Achieves separations with flexible parameter control and sampling rates for accurate, reproducible integration.
    6. Sensitivity: Efficient light transmission for maximum sensitivity.
    7. Operation: Simultaneous 2D and 3D operation in either Empower or MassLynx Software.
    8. Wavelength Range: 190 to 500 nm.
    9. Linearity: Up to 2.0 AU without compromising linearity.

Applications: Identification of components, trace impurity analysis, pharmaceutical research, environmental analysis, food safety.
