Bio Tek Synergy H1 Hybrid Multi-Mode Microplate Reader

    Faculty of Engineering
    Mining & Materials Engineering
    McGill University

The Bio Tek Synergy H1 is a configurable hybrid multi-mode microplate reader. It features patented Hybrid Technology, combining the flexibility of monochromator-based optics with the sensitivity of filter-based optics. This instrument supports various detection modes including Fluorescence (excitation/emission 250-700 nm), Luminescence (300-700 nm), and UV-visible absorbance (230-999 nm). It is compatible with 6- to 384-well plates and is ideally suited for a broad range of life science research applications such as cell-based assays, biomarker analysis, micro-volume nucleic acid and protein quantification, and kinetic assays. It often includes temperature control and shaking capabilities.
