    The Advanced BioImaging Facility (ABIF) at McGill University offers dedicated analysis workstations equipped with a comprehensive suite of advanced imaging software tools. These workstations are designed to facilitate the quantification, visualization, and enhancement of your imaging data, supporting a wide range of bioimaging applications.

    Available Software Packages:

    • ZEN by Zeiss: Comprehensive image acquisition and analysis platform.
    • Imaris: 3D/4D visualization and analysis, including filament tracing and cell tracking.
    • Image-Pro Premier: Advanced image processing and measurement capabilities.
    • AutoQuant X: Deconvolution software for improving image clarity and resolution.
    • MetaXpress: High-content image acquisition and analysis, ideal for screening applications.
    • SIMFCS: Specialized software for fluorescence correlation spectroscopy analysis.
    • OriginPro: Data analysis and graphing software tailored for scientific research.
    • MATLAB: High-level programming environment for custom image analysis and algorithm development.

    These workstations are located in the Bellini Building, Rooms 141 & 151. Users are encouraged to reserve a workstation and consult with ABIF experts to maximize the potential of their imaging data.
