Our Hitachi S-3400N-II images samples with secondary and backscattered electrons and runs in variable pressure mode. Oxford Instruments detectors add chemical analysis by EDS and WDS and crystal orientation analysis by EBSD. The chamber takes samples up to 20 cm in diameter by 11 cm high.
