Our spinning disk pairs a Yokogawa CSU-X1 scanner with a Nikon TE2000 inverted stand and four solid-state lasers. It is built for thick live samples mounted on a slide with a coverslip, in a small dish or in an incubation chamber, and takes slides, petri dishes and multi-well plates.
