Our stand-alone Zeiss LSM 900 uses laser scanning and a pinhole to remove out-of-focus light, giving clear, high-contrast 3D images of sample structure, including surfaces and microstructures. It supports live-cell imaging and multi-fluorescence analysis for both life science and materials science work.
For live cells, the microscope has an enclosure, a heated stage and a CO2 source. You acquire images in Zen Blue 3.6 and can analyze them in Arivis 4D.
