Protect your valuable mouse lines from unforeseen loss, disease, or age-related infertility with our Sperm Cryopreservation services. This cost-effective and rapid method requires only 2-3 males, resulting in the storage of 20-30 samples. Frozen samples can later be utilized for speed expansion or genome editing via CRISPR.
Options Available:
- Without Quality Control: Post-thaw motility assessment to confirm sperm viability. Note: This does not guarantee fertilization capability.
- With Quality Control by IVF (Recommended): Includes in vitro fertilization (IVF) to verify the sperm's ability to fertilize eggs and generate embryos up to the blastocyst stage.
- With Quality Control to Generate Pups (P0-P3): Involves IVF followed by implantation into pseudopregnant females to produce live offspring, confirming the sperm's fertilization and developmental potential.
