
This bench-top DVS Intrinsic system from Surface Measurement Systems combines a high-precision quartz crystal microbalance with a programmable vapor generator and a temperature-controlled sample chamber for dynamic vapor sorption experiments. An external water reservoir and mass-flow controllers deliver stable humidity profiles from 0 to 95 percent RH at ambient to 60 °C. Up to eight samples mount on individual microbalance arms, while the accompanying software logs real-time mass change and sorption/desorption kinetics. Ideal for moisture isotherm studies, stability testing and material characterization of polymers, powders, films and pharmaceuticals.
