    A pair of Shiny applications that let you run rigorous pathway and functional enrichment analysis without writing any code. Upload your gene-level results, run the analysis, explore the output.

    What it does

    • Over-representation analysis and gene set enrichment analysis against WikiPathways, Gene Ontology, and other curated databases, updated monthly
    • Multiple gene identifier types (Symbol, Ensembl, Entrez, UniProt) and species (human and mouse, extensible to others)
    • Interactive volcano, dot, bar, heatmap, enrichment map, and concept network plots
    • Publication-ready PDF export, plus downloadable Excel and CSV tables
    • Self-contained results folders you can share or host, so collaborators and reviewers can explore the findings themselves

    In active use beyond Gladstone.
