    Primary Function: Microbial colony picker that automates microbial screening and colony picking with high accuracy.

    Technical Specifications:

    • Supports multiple selection modalities including fluorescence intensity, blue/white selection, and size
    • Features organism-specific pins, agar level-sensing, and UV light for sterility
    • Supports fluorescence imaging using four LED channels: UV (377/50 nm → 447/60 nm) for DAPI/Hoechst, blue (457/50 nm → 536/40 nm) for FITC/GFP, green (520/35 nm → 624/40 nm) for DS Red/CY3/Rhodamine, and red (628/40 nm → 692/40 nm) for CY5, each with specific excitation/emission filters

    Applications: High-throughput screening and sample preparation.
