Ce que les chercheurs peuvent faire

Lightsheet imager purpose-built for long-term live 3D imaging, with full environmental control (heating, cooling, CO2, N2), six imaging excitation lines, and 405 nm plus pulsed 532 nm photomanipulation. Water immersion 25x/1.1 with a 0.5x to 2.0x magnification changer. Discounted overnight rate.

The Bruker TruLive3D Imager is a lightsheet system built specifically for live 3D imaging, with the environmental control to keep a sample healthy across a long run.

Configuration. Hamamatsu Orca Flash 4.0 V3 camera. Imaging excitation at 445, 488, 515, 561, 642 and 685 nm, with photomanipulation at 405 nm and pulsed 532 nm. Environmental control covers heating, cooling, CO2 and N2. Z-stacks and time lapse are supported. Cleared samples are not.

    Optics. A 25x/1.1 Nikon water objective with 2 mm working distance, plus a 0.5x, 1.0x, 1.5x and 2.0x magnification changer giving 12.5x to 50x. Dichroics: LP 499, LP 560, LP 653. Short-camera filters: BP 457-501, BP 497-554, BP 500-530, BP 526-564, BP 580-627, BP 610-629, with four empty slots. Long-camera filters: BP 497-554, BP 500-530 and others.
