Illumina NextSeq 2000

The NextSeq 2000 sequences the core's libraries at Gladstone, usually in about a week, depending on the queue. NovaSeq runs go through the UCSF Center for Advanced Technology.

Researchers trained by the Genomics Core staff can book the instrument and run it themselves.
