The Frankenscope is a custom-built spinning disk confocal microscope, specifically designed and assembled in-house for high-speed, high-resolution 3D imaging of biological and material samples. This modular system integrates Olympus optics, a spinning disk unit for optical sectioning, and advanced high-sensitivity cameras for fluorescence imaging. Its custom hardware and software integration allow for flexible experimental configurations, making it an ideal tool for live-cell imaging, time-lapse microscopy, and high-throughput imaging applications.
